Alerta Visco Foam Cushion for High to Very High Risk

The Alerta Foam Cushion is designed for residents in your Care Home who are at high or very high risk of developing a pressure ulcer. This cushion is made of a visco – elastic fluid gel base, connected to a polyurethane gel insert with two different densities. These work in tandem the gel ensures maximum pressure relief of vulnerable areas whilst the foam increases the contact surface and maximises pressure relied. The general shape of the cushion ensures a good posture, and also helps the resident from sliding forward. The cushion measures 43cm x 43cm x 5cm and comes with a polyurethane cover for durability.
