Description

The Alerta Crash Tested car Transit Wheelchair is a lightweight, transport friendly wheelchair that is ideal for Care Homes with transport requirements.

Made from a charcoal power coated steel frame, the wheel chair is finished with a silver vein effect and 45cm wide nylon upholstery.

For user comfort, the wheelchair features flip up, padded, PVC desk armrest with side guards, and 2 detachable swing away footrests with flip-down footplates.

The single axle and crossbar can be folded down by using the supplied spanner tool. The wheelchair uses 20cm x 2.5cm solid PVC front castors and 30cm puncture proof high quality rear wheels. For safety the rear wheels feature push-to-lock brakes, and the chair features built-in leg and heel straps. The max weight for this wheelchair is 11kg
