When ordering any of our Amputee Slings, we require the following information:

• Approximate weight of patient
• Chest measurement
• Single or double amputee
• Left or right amputee, or both
• Inside leg length to stump(s)
• Length from nape of neck to base of spine
• Leg circumference at top of thighs
